The role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering key strategic projects that will range from launch into new territories to high value strategic projects across the company and its departments. The Senior Project Manager will be reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO reports directly to the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer and works with the top management.


  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects that will range from new market entry to change management, process implementation, new product development across the entire company and all departments; 
  • Be a key person in supporting the organization in implementing the company’s yearly Key Initiatives programs and their related projects;
  • Support in the preparation of business cases for key projects;
  • Create, develop and manage strategic program and project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines, using project management best practices;
  • Be responsible for communicating the vision, objectives, and the hard requirements to the various stakeholders;
  • Be the primary and focal contact during project implementation;
  • Perform risk management to mitigate project risks;
  • Own coordination between stakeholders and fulfillment teams across the entire company;
  • Monitor and report on project status and issues to stakeholders and management;
  • Follow-up and retrospectives after projects are delivered, as well as documentation during and after project implementation;
  • Act as a project management expert and “go-to person” for advice on project management in the company as well as within the PMO.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of project and or product management in the digital sector, ideally from online gaming or management consulting. We value candidates with experience in multinational companies and experience working with international stakeholders;
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and effectively transfer expertise to colleagues. Experience in leading a small team will be considered important;
  • Technical background and/or technical understanding gained through demonstrated success in implementing complex projects under time pressure;
  • Working knowledge of project management processes and tools. PMP/Prince II Certification will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and mapping technical solutions in a positive and performance-driven way, technical understanding and high-level user story knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Capable of handling complexity, possess a strong bias for action, stay flexible and have the capability to focus and prioritize so as to execute projects effectively;
  • Goal-driven, with high energy and ambition levels, comfortable working both in teams as well as independently with an entrepreneurial approach to the role;
  • Eager to constantly learn, challenge the norm, and be ready to support any department or colleague during the projects;
  • Analytical and data-led approach;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. Comfortable in presenting to C-level and key stakeholders;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
