The role


Having a passion for recruitment marketing and creative thinking, you will leverage modern and innovative initiatives and concepts to convey our employer brand in an honest, realistic but engaging way, all throughout developing and projecting our employee value proposition.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and drive the employment brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent acquisition and overall business strategy;
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs;
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute employer branding concepts;
  • Manage a number of projects and partnerships related to the Employer Brand; 
  • Coordinate and contribute to social media recruitment campaigns, presence and strategy such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Medium etc;
  • Source main events & awards related to employer branding across divisions & organise attendance;
  • Conduct marketing research to support any required project and, keep updated with the latest current trends.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Advertising or similar;
  • 5+ years of related experience. Preferably working in employer branding, marketing, content management, communications or social media;
  • Be a team player with the ability and passion for supporting the team;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication both in Greek & English language;
  • Experience and interest in working collaboratively with stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
