The Role

As a Product Specialist you will be responsible, along with the rest of the team, to deliver the best user experience in our payment products across our platforms by analyzing the performance of our payment products as well as identifying improvement areas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal operational projects which are mostly related to provider integrations;
  • Follow up with providers about the performance of the payment integrations, metrics and troubleshooting failed transactions;
  • Maintain, review and optimize operational procedures and configurations of payment providers;
  • Review and analyze the performance of newly implemented payment products;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand payment related issues and  deliver the best possible solution.


A great candidate for this role aspires to work in a fast-paced product environment and is eager to identify improvement areas, enhance our product offering and create exceptional user experience.

More specifically, we are looking for a professional with:

  • At least 1 year experience in payments operations;
  • Solution oriented with a data driven approach to problem solving based on analytical skills;
  • Experience in using Payments Back Office and PSP admin tools;
  • Strong ability in interpreting data on payments performance and user experience analysis; 
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and use of English language.
