Τhe role

 

As a Google Analytics & Tagging Manager at Kaizen Gaming you will be responsible for developing Tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for both websites and native apps for all the markets we operate in, while working closely with marketing & development teams.

 

More specifically, you will structure a detailed and strong Measurement Plan, develop Advanced Events (Link Clicks Tracking, Click Element Tracking, etc.) with the usage of advanced triggering methods (CSS selectors, etc.) and review currently implemented Tags to ensure that everything works properly. The majority of these Tags will be tracked as Events in Google Analytics.

 

Moreover, you will develop big silos of data and transform them into actionable insights which will be used to achieve business objectives, set up advanced funnels, analyse attribution models and various revenue streams, as well as define custom reports that will help us improve the customer journey and increase the revenue of our products.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Seize full ownership of GA360, GTM platform and implementation processes;
  • Ensure that events and other key parameters are set up in a way that will result in accurate and meaningful measurement;
  • Bring in-house GA360 and work hands-on in order to restructure the current GA account based on best practices considering Web + App tracking;
  • Work with the Head of Performance to make GA360 the main source of reporting and optimising our performance channels;
  • Own, monitor, maintain, update GTM events based on updates/changes and new features development on both websites & apps;
  • Create Advanced Custom Reports & Dashboard through platforms such as Google Analytics and Data Studio;
  • Work as part of the Marketing team to report on our online customer segments and deliver insights to feed the online strategy;
  • Assist marketing team with developing cross-device attribution and Media Mix Modeling;
  • Monitor and analyse online traffic, visitors’ behaviour and customer journey across all acquisition channels;
  • Develop a web analytics roadmap that prioritises learning, personalisation and marketing optimization;
  • Understand and analyse business performance in detail, identify ideas for improvement, and communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders;
  • Use data-driven insights to improve customer journey and business objectives through onsite behavioural data;
  • Incorporate GA360 data into BI’s data warehouse to transform data into meaningful insights;
  • Deliver insight to stakeholders of all levels across the business to drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in advanced GTM Tags development and Google Analytics/Data Analysis, preferably in the iGaming Industry. We are looking for an experienced professional who is confident in all things related to website development, website optimization and data analysis.

 

  • At least 3 years hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and SQL;
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Tag Development;
  • Advanced skills in tracking methods such as CSS selectors, Datalayer, custom js variables, etc;
  • Experienced in designing and executing A/B tests, conducting statistical analysis and delivering insights from the results;
  • Highly numerate with commercial awareness;
  • Critical thinking: You are a strategic thinker and enjoy the challenge of finding solutions for complex data issues. Problems are obstacles to be conquered versus a reason to become discouraged;
  • Self-Learner: You are naturally curious and eager to stay abreast of developments in the field of data analytics. You stay on top of changes to Google Analytics and other data tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English language.

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Degree in Web Development, Marketing / Statistics / Data analysis or other relevant fields;
  • Experience in an eCommerce related position;
  • Ability to create justifications for your recommendations taking into account data from various internal & external tools.
